2.2 Service Limitations

Important: Online consultations have limitations and are not suitable for all medical situations:

• Not an Emergency Service: Our service is NOT for medical emergencies. Call 112 (Germany) or your local emergency number for emergencies.
• Not a Replacement for In-Person Care: Online consultations do not replace comprehensive in-person physical examinations.
• Diagnostic Limitations: Certain diagnostic procedures require in-person visits.
• No Prescriptions: We do not issue prescriptions through online consultations without prior in-person examination.

3. Patient Responsibilities

3.1 Accurate Information

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete medical history
• Disclose all relevant symptoms and conditions
• Inform us of all medications you are taking

3.2 Technical Requirements

You are responsible for:

4. Appointment and Cancellation Policy

Appointments are scheduled through the Consolto platform. You will receive confirmation via email.

4.2 Cancellation

• Patient Cancellation: Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee
• No-Show: Failure to attend without notice may result in full charge
• Provider Cancellation: If we need to cancel, you will receive a full refund

4.3 Rescheduling

Appointments can be rescheduled subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.

5. Fees and Payment

5.1 Consultation Fees

Consultation fees are displayed on our website and confirmed before booking. Fees may vary based on:

Payment is processed securely through the Consolto platform. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during booking.

• Full refund for cancellations 24+ hours in advance
• Full refund if we cancel the appointment
• Full refund if technical issues prevent the consultation (our responsibility)
• No refund for patient no-shows or late cancellations
